HOW I WORK
What coaching is (and isn’t)
Who I Work With
My clients are often in seasons of transition or discernment: moving into a new leadership role, navigating a major change at work, or considering a different path altogether. They are usually the ones others turn to — for guidance, care, or decisions — and they’re asking familiar questions: How do I lead well in this season? Is this role still the right one for me? What would it mean to make a change thoughtfully? Coaching offers space to think clearly, tell the truth about what’s hard, and move forward with greater steadiness.
School leaders and educators
I work with teachers, lead teachers, division heads, administrators, and other school leaders who want room to think, reflect, and lead with more clarity and intention.
Leaders and professionals in other fields
I also work with clergy, executive directors, other coaches, and professionals in fields such as philanthropy, social services, and technology who are discerning change, carrying complex responsibility, or trying to make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.

From Deficit to Alignment
"Sidra has a special gift to see and believe in the potential of others even when they aren’t able to see it in themselves. She helped me to reframe my career transition from a deficit mindset to one that was empowering and in complete alignment with who I wanted to be in the world. She encouraged me to lean into my values as I navigated unfamiliar terrain and was able to draw out connective threads that I wouldn’t have been able to see on my own. . . I can honestly say that our work together had a positive impact on every single dimension of my life."

Tools, Insight, and the Confidence to Lead
“I’ve had the pleasure of being coached by Sidra twice now, each in very different seasons of my life. . . .During our time I gained insight into how I lead others, but, even more importantly, how I lead myself. As a coach, Sidra not only equipped me with tools, but she helped me to become confident in using them.”

What Coaching Is (and Isn’t)
Coaching is a confidential partnership focused on your goals, your leadership, and the changes you want to make. It offers space to notice what’s happening, name what matters, and experiment with new ways forward.
Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or mentoring. Therapy focuses on healing pain or resolving past experiences; consulting and mentoring center on an expert diagnosing, advising, or telling you what to do. Coaching, instead, assumes you are capable of generating your own insights and decisions, and my role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, offer useful frameworks, and support you in taking action.
